Base Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
- 8 ounces portobello mushroom caps, cleaned
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the breading station: Set up a breading station with four shallow dishes. Place milk in the first dish, flour and seasoning blend in the second dish, ranch dressing in the third dish, and panko bread crumbs mixed with dry ranch dressing in the fourth dish.
- Bread the mushrooms: Dip each mushroom in the milk, then coat with flour, ranch dressing, and panko bread crumbs. Place the breaded mushrooms in the air fryer pan or basket, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Air fry the mushrooms: Air-fry the mushrooms at 400°F (200°C) until golden and crispy, about 7 minutes.
