Broccoli:
- 1 pound Broccoli, cut into florets
Seasonings:
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon Flaky sea salt (Maldon)
- Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Additional:
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Prepare Broccoli: Wash and dry the broccoli. Cut into florets.
- Season Broccoli: On a parchment-lined sheet pan, toss broccoli with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the pan.
- First Roast: Roast for 15 minutes.
- Add Parmesan: Remove from oven, toss, sprinkle Parmesan on top. Roast for another 10 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Serve with lemon wedges.
