  3. Folding in quinoa: Gently fold in 25 grams of popped quinoa to the chocolate and cashew butter mixture, ensuring even distribution but preserving the puffed texture.
  4. Forming bites: Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet or chopping board lined with parchment paper, shaping the mixture into flat disks or small bite-sized rounds.
