Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated parmesan, divided

Topping:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
