Jello Mixture

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Greek Yogurt Mixture
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (whole milk preferred, vanilla or plain)

- Whipped cream or Cool Whip whipped topping
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve Jello: In a large bowl, pour the gelatin powder and add the boiling water. Stir continuously for about two minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Combine with Greek Yogurt: Whisk in the Greek yogurt thoroughly, making sure it is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth without lumps.
- Add Cold Water: Pour in the cold water and give the mixture a gentle stir to blend evenly.
- Pour and Chill: Transfer the combined mixture into eight individual serving dishes (about 6 oz each) or a single medium bowl. Cover the dish or dishes with plastic wrap or lids and refrigerate until the Jello is fully set, approximately 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Serve with Toppings: Before serving, optionally add whipped cream or Cool Whip on top and garnish with fresh strawberries or your choice of decorative toppings.
- Store Leftovers: Cover and store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days to maintain freshness and texture.
Notes
- You can use two 3 oz boxes of Jello instead of one 6 oz box, or substitute with sugar-free Jello to reduce sugar content.
- Whole milk Greek yogurt yields the creamiest texture, but plain or non-fat Greek yogurt can be used according to preference.
