- 4 oz. herbed goat cheese
- 2 oz. curly parsley leaves
- 12 pink peppercorns
Instructions
- Shape the Goat Cheese: Place a 1½-inch square cookie cutter in the center of a rice cracker. Spoon about 1½ teaspoons of herbed goat cheese into the cookie cutter, filling it evenly to the sides.
- Remove Cutter Carefully: Using a small spoon or a plastic-gloved finger, press and gently ease the cookie cutter upwards to leave a clean, neat square of goat cheese on the cracker.
- Create Chive Ribbon: Cut a chive using kitchen scissors into two pieces the length of the goat cheese square. Lay one piece down the center of the square, then cut the other piece in half and place these halves on each side to form a cross-shaped ribbon.
- Prepare Pink Peppercorn Accent: Stick a tiny bit of goat cheese onto a pink peppercorn so it will adhere securely.
- Assemble Center Decoration: Place the pink peppercorn in the center of the chive ribbon on top of the goat cheese square. Press gently to ensure it sticks.
- Add Parsley Leaves: Using a toothpick or cocktail pin, add two small parsley leaves on each side of the chive ribbon, pressing them into the goat cheese to secure.
Notes
