Batter:

- 150 ml (2/3 cup) milk, room temperature
For frying:
- 5 medium apples
- butter or sunflower oil
For dusting:
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Batter: In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, sugar, salt, and milk until smooth.
- Prepare Apples: Peel and core the apples, then slice them into rings.
- Cinnamon Sugar: Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a shaker bottle.
- Frying: Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Dip apple rings in batter, fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Finishing: Remove rings from skillet, place on a plate, and dust with cinnamon sugar immediately.
- Serve: Repeat the process for remaining apple rings and batter.
