Chicken:
- 2 pounds chicken tenders, frozen or fresh
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sauce:
- 1 cup mild salsa verde
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Prep Chicken: Add chicken and oil to Instant Pot, coat in seasonings.
- Add Ingredients: Pour lime juice, salsa verde, and honey over chicken.
- Cook: Pressure cook for 4 minutes, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
- Reduce Sauce: Saute sauce in Instant Pot until thickened, then coat chicken in sauce.
- Serve: Plate chicken and sauce, and enjoy!
