Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef (93% lean)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 small green bell peppers, diced
- 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning (McCormick 'Perfect Pinch Italian Seasoning')
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups beef stock
- 8 ounces macaroni pasta (large elbows)
- 10 ounces Provolone Cheese Slices, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley for garnish if desired
Instructions
- Set Instant Pot to Saute: Set the Instant Pot to saute ‘more’ for high and add the olive oil.
- Cook Ground Beef: Add the ground beef, season with salt, and cook for 4-5 minutes, breaking up the meat.
- Add Vegetables: Add onions and peppers, cook for 3 minutes.
- Seasonings: Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Broth: Pour in 1 cup of beef broth, scrape the bottom of the pot.
- Add Pasta: Add remaining broth and macaroni, ensuring pasta is submerged.
- Pressure Cook: Lock lid, seal valve, pressure cook for 3 minutes.
- Release Pressure: Manually release pressure after cooking.
- Add Cheese: Add cheese and mix well.
- Garnish: Garnish with parsley.

- For a more gooey, cheesy texture, add extra cheese.
