- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
- 3–4 ears corn, cut in thirds
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the Instant Pot: Combine chicken stock, 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce in the Instant Pot.
- Add Ingredients: Add potatoes, sausage, onion, and corn to the pot.
- Pressure Cook: Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
