Mousse Layer

  • 6 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Chocolate Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F. Crush Oreos, mix with melted butter, press into pie plate, and bake.
  2. Brownie Layer: Melt chocolate, butter, oil, and cocoa. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, flour. Pour into crust and bake.
  3. Cookie Topping: Crush cookies, mix with sugar, cocoa, salt, butter. Bake and cool before adding to pie.
  4. Mousse Layer: Melt chocolate, beat cream with cocoa, sugar, salt. Fold into chocolate, spread over brownie layer, chill.
