- 6 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar

Chocolate Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F. Crush Oreos, mix with melted butter, press into pie plate, and bake.
- Brownie Layer: Melt chocolate, butter, oil, and cocoa. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, flour. Pour into crust and bake.
- Cookie Topping: Crush cookies, mix with sugar, cocoa, salt, butter. Bake and cool before adding to pie.
- Mousse Layer: Melt chocolate, beat cream with cocoa, sugar, salt. Fold into chocolate, spread over brownie layer, chill.
- Chocolate Whipped Cream: Beat cream, sugar, cocoa until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie, sprinkle with cookie pieces.
