  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • Zest and juice from one lemon

For Serving:

  • Whipped cream, optional
  • Additional lemon zest, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into the pan and chill.
