- 4 large garlic cloves (2 chopped and 2 thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon hot smoked Spanish paprika
- 1 tablespoon pure olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes, halved
- Rice pilaf, for serving

Instructions
