- 150 Club crackers (or other similar crackers)
- 1 cup salted butter
- 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cups heavy cream

- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- Sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line a 9×13 sheet pan with parchment paper and arrange a layer of crackers on the bottom.
- Make the Caramel: Combine butter, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and heavy cream in a pan. Boil for 7 minutes.
- Layer the Bars: Alternate layers of crackers and caramel mixture in the pan.
- Prepare the Topping: Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter, then spread over the bars.
- Chill and Serve: Sprinkle sea salt over the bars, chill for 1-2 hours, then slice into individual bars.
