Description

These Spicy Chicken Burgers are packed with flavor and heat, perfect for those who like a kick in their meal. Juicy ground chicken mixed with a blend of spices, topped with a zesty Chipotle Aioli, and served with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

For the Spicy Chicken Burgers:

  • 1 lb lean ground chicken or ground turkey
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 23 Tbsp Franks Red Hot Sauce or any hot sauce

For the Chipotle Aioli:

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon, squeezed
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp chipotle powder
  • 12 tsp Franks Red Hot Sauce or any hot sauce of choice

Optional Toppings:

  • sesame seed buns
  • fresh sliced tomatoes
  • spicy pickles
  • red onion slices
  • lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, hot sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and spices. Mix well.
  2. Form burger patties. Make 4-5 patties of equal size.
  3. For the Air Fryer: Cook at 370ºF for 12-14 minutes until cooked through.
  4. For the Grill: Grill on medium to high heat until no longer pink in the center, about 5-6 minutes per side. Internal temperature should reach 165ºF.
  5. Prepare the Chipotle Aioli: Mix mayo, lemon juice, chili powder, chipotle powder, and hot sauce. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  6. Assemble the burgers: Serve the patties on buns or lettuce wraps, top with desired toppings, and drizzle with Chipotle Aioli.
