Ingredients

Marinated Chicken:

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp Chicken Taco Seasoning

Toppings:

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 1 jalapeño sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Cilantro Lime Crema
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, and taco seasoning. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes up to 24 hours.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, discard excess, and grill for 4-6 minutes per side.
