  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Cream Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, roughly chopped
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 50 grams parmesan, finely grated

To Garnish:

  • Lemon zest
  • Extra rosemary leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water until slightly undercooked. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Flatten the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, dust with flour, and fry in olive oil until cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Make the Cream Sauce: Fry garlic in butter, then add rosemary, cream, parmesan, pepper, and lemon juice. Simmer and thicken with pasta water.
